What is coming up in Summer Bay?
Ava will be questioned about her obsession with Theo on Home and Away the following week.
Two characters say goodbye to the Bay in another scene, and Dean and Ziggy come to their own crossroads.

- Kirby finds something alarming
Ava interrupts Kirby and Theo’s date night by briefly disappearing, which annoys Kirby. Plans for Kirby and Theo to spend some quality time together are postponed because everyone is concerned about Ava’s location.
When Ava reappears, Kirby tries to explain to the troubled girl that her crush on Theo is pointless. In reaction, Ava threatens Kirby, saying that she will no longer be Theo’s girlfriend.
When Kirby discovers Ava’s hidden scrapbook, which proves that she is the online stalker known as “I 3 Theo,” everything becomes plain to her.
- Ava receives criticism for her stalking
Theo is forewarned by Kirby that Ava is his devoted superfan. The pair tells Leah and Justin the news, who are both concerned about Ava’s actions.
When Justin confronts Ava, she deceives him and says that her crush on Theo is over. Ava makes up the claim that the magic was destroyed the moment she met Theo. The false narrative convinces Justin, who extends an invitation to Ava to stay longer.
- Elandra shows up
In his caravan, Mali and Rose are in bed when they hear beating on the door. Elandra, Mali’s sister, shows up and demands explanations for her brother’s relocation from Mantaray Point to Summer Bay.
Mali is accused of making his decision “for some woman” by Elandra, who is displeased. Elandra surprises Rose by inviting her to lunch so they may get to know one another better, but Rose succeeds in the test by winning over Mali’s strict sister.
- Gabe reveals his medical condition
Gabe informs Mac that his cancer has returned after being admitted to the hospital for testing. Sadly, it is now irreversible.
Gabe is reluctant to get treatment since he thinks it won’t help much, but Mac has a different opinion and wishes he would stand up for their future.
Ziggy steps in and shares her own memories of her mother’s illness. Gabe eventually changes his mind and decides to receive treatment after all because she warns him that Mac won’t be able to take him giving up.
- Bella and Nikau reconcile
Assuming incorrectly that Bella doesn’t want to spend any more time with him, Nikau is angry when she cancels her departing party.
Bella sees Nikau after John alerts her to the error in judgement and confesses that she simply couldn’t bear to say goodbye to him a second time.
Finally giving in to temptation, the former couple enters Nikau’s bedroom. Nikau offers to go with Bella when she goes to New York because he recognises he doesn’t want to lose her again.
- Tane struggles to say goodbye to Nikau
Nikau asks Tane for permission before relocating to New York. A struggling Tane counsels his nephew not to be duped by love because he is still hurt by his own recent breakup from Felicity.
Nikau feels that his uncle needs his support despite the fact that he is aware of Tane’s lack of sincerity. Bella is informed by Nikau that he would not be able to move to New York after all.
John, the owner of Nikau’s Surf Club, learns of the issue once more, and he steps in to persuade Tane not to obstruct Nikau and Bella’s opportunity at happiness.
- Bella and Nikau bid farewell.
Bella bids adieu to Irene, Dean, Ziggy, and baby Izzy before deciding to return to New York on her own. Tane, however, considers John’s advice and prepares Nikau’s luggage for New York.
Nikau must race against time to catch up to Bella’s automobile and meet her at the airport once he realises Tane is content to let him go.
The end of Kawakawa Fox-Reo’s three years as Nikau is marked by the passionate scenes.
- Felicity contacts Tane.
After Nikau left, Tane learns to live in an empty family home.
Felicity feels awful for Tane when she learns that Nikau has decided to depart, despite their own recent issues. Tane is given encouragement by Felicity, who also offers optimism for their future together.
- Dean learns some worrying information
When Amber contacts Dean to let him know that she has accepted a job in Far North Queensland, Dean is taken aback. Dean mulls over the ramifications for himself because he will now have to travel 21 hours to see his small son Jai.
Ziggy becomes concerned on Dean’s behalf, wondering if Amber is truly capable of doing this and what it means for his family’s future.
- Remi’s comeback to music fails
For the first time since Jacob attacked him and broke his hand, Remi performs alongside Lyrik. In an indication that he might be returning to his music obligations too soon, Remi performs despite the agony.
Remi storms off stage mid-song when his suffering becomes intolerable. Remi is followed by Bree, who is determined to look after him.
- Cash notices that Eden’s memories have returned.
Following Remi’s quick exit from the stage, Eden had to save the Lyrik gig, so she sings the song she just recently written about her love for Cash and her memories resurfacing.
When Cash learns that Eden is suddenly remembering their time together, he is shocked. He draws her in for a deep kiss, giving her reason to believe that they might actually become together.
