Since his girlfriend Kirby Aramoana (Angelina Thomson) commented on Home and Away about crying on her wedding day, Theo Poulos (played by Matt Evans) has been in an odd mood (1:45pm – see our TV Guide for listings)
Theo confronts his aunt Leah Patterson (Ada Nicodemou), asking her why she hasn’t wed Justin Morgan (James Stewart), and she immediately leaps to the unsettling conclusion that Theo is ready to propose to Kirby!
To have a man-to-man conversation with Theo about marriage, Leah enlists the aid of Justin.
The aspiring singer-songwriter and mechanic is much too young to be considering marriage.
Although that wouldn’t be the first time some young people got married in Summer Bay!
Leah and Justin bring up the issue, but Theo corrects them.
The entire thing is incorrect!
What is Theo dealing with if he isn’t going to propose to Kirby?
When Rose Delaney (Kirsty Marillier) gets home to find Stacey Collingwood (Maleeka Gasbarri) preparing breakfast for her and Rose’s brother, Xander, she is not pleased (Luke Van Os).
Rose is still convinced that Stacey, who doesn’t believe in monogamy, will break her brother’s heart if they keep dating.
Later on that day, Rose accuses Stacey of lying to Xander, which causes tension between the two women.
Rose is perceived by Stacey as being intrusive and dominating.
Police officer Rose makes the decision to conduct some investigation and SNOOP through Stacey’s social media in an effort to show that she cannot be trusted.
But what exactly does Rose find?
In a different scene, John Palmer (Shane Withington) is curious to learn that Roo Stewart (Georgie Parker) and Marilyn Chambers (Emily Symons) need $5,000 to help fund a new food truck for the neighbourhood.
Roo and Marilyn don’t think they can ask the residents of Summer Bay to assist them raise any more money after the charity golf outing.
Could it be, nevertheless, that John knows a way to assist them?
