Stuart Highway, the troubled character on Eastenders, has been edging closer to breaking point for some time, and an yzee.uk theory suggests he may end up killing a favorite Walford local.

Stuart (Ricky Champ) had to deal with his cancer diagnosis, then he and Rainie Highway (Tanya Franks) went through the lengthy process of adopting via surrogacy, Bernie Taylor (Clair Norris), and after the baby was born, he began to suffer mentally, unaware that he was dealing with postnatal depression. Rainie abandoned him after all of this, and he has since been on the warpath with everyone, using self-destructive methods to cope with his pain. Official EastEnders spoilers reveal that Stuart will be forced to make a difficult decision after reaching a breaking point, but will Bernie be killed in the process?

An anxious Stuart snaps and disposes of his antidepressant prescription in upcoming episodes of the BBC soap.

Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) intervenes outside of his NA/AA meeting when she notices him near a drug dealer, and the situation between them becomes heated.

Stuart purchases drugs while separated, but later gives them to Jada Lennox (Kelsey Calladine-Smith).

Later, Stuart goes to apologize to Linda, but is met with a cold response from Mick Carter (Danny Dyer).

Stuart becomes enraged after failing to get an appointment with his doctor.

As the situation worsens, Bernie goes above and beyond at the GP surgery to assist a distraught Stuart.

She apologizes to him for not realizing he was living with PND and for assisting Rainie in getting out of the Square.

Stuart becomes desperate after concluding that he has been misdiagnosed.

It’s possible that blaming Bernie for all of his problems will cause him to lash out at her.

Stuart has a violent past and could easily revert to his old ways.

He also showed Bernie how he can transform into a different person when he feels out of control.

Stuart stormed over to the Taylors’ house a few months ago and dropped the baby on the doorstep, leaving Rainie sobbing.

He rang the doorbell, yelling angrily, “Bernie, are you in there?”

“Come on Bernie, open the door,” he yelled as Rainie begged him to stop.

Karen Taylor (Lorraine Stanley) responded, “Are you insane?” “You need to take back Roland,” an agitated Stuart replied.

“You need to take him inside right now,” he added. “No, we can’t have him,” a stunned Bernie replied.

“Do you hear what I’m saying?” Stuart yelled. “You made him, he’s yours.”

“No, this ain’t right,” Bernie cried, as Rainie begged, “Don’t let him do this to you.”

“He’s your son, not ours,” Stuart said as he exited the house with Roland.

Stuart yelled, “Leave him!” as Rainie attempted to reclaim the baby.

Bernie and Karen were terrified by his actions and decided to take Roland in for the night.

Could he find himself in a similar state when confronted with Bernie again?

When they leave the hospital, he could end up attacking and killing Bernie.

It’s possible that he sees the baby as the catalyst for everything that followed, and he’ll be furious at Berne for assisting Rainie in leaving for good.

Stuart may snap and injure Bernie, leaving her for dead as they argue.

Stuart has confirmed that he will be leaving the soap, so will this be how he departs?

He may return home and, panicked, pack his belongings and flee the Square.

Stuart will make some “big decisions about his future,” according to the soap’s spoiler.

Could he flee before someone discovers a lifeless Bernie?

If this is the case, both popular characters will be leaving the soap.
