Will he be sent to prison?
Australian-paced episodes of Home and Away contain spoilers, which some UK fans may prefer to avoid.
Following his recent shocking arrest, Justin Morgan’s future has been hinted at in Home and Away as being unclear.
As a result of his vicious assault on a man over his teenage daughter Ava Gilbert, Justin now risks going to jail.
On Australian television last month, Ava pretended that she was being kept against her will by an unknown person.
After becoming fixated on the lead vocalist of Lyrik, Ava sought out Theo Poulos’ attention. Instead of Theo helping out, Justin stepped in and started yelling at the guy Ava had accused him of being.
After receiving legal counsel indicating that a prison sentence is probable, Justin continued to fear the worst during Wednesday’s triple episode run in Australia (April 5).
The possibilities of Justin’s victim receiving a light sentence are slim because he has expressed concerns about the attack’s effects on his physical and mental health.
Justin warned Theo, John Palmer, and Alf Stewart that he would have to sell the workshop if he wasn’t around to run it because he needed everything ready in case he was imprisoned.
Additionally, Justin requested that Theo return home to care for his relative Leah Patterson. Theo earlier left the family home and moved in with his girlfriend Kirby Aramoana in order to stay away from Ava when her cunning was at its height.
Justin insisted that it was crucial to have all the necessary preparations in place despite Theo’s objections that he was being overly pessimistic.
First-look video from the Australian episodes airing the following week hinted that Justin might be hurt by Theo’s statement in court.
Theo stumbles under the weight of the case despite his resolve to protect Justin.
Leah hears Theo say, “I screwed it up. I claimed that Justin should have known better than to heed Ava’s cries for assistance because she had a history of dishonesty.
Is Justin’s tenure in the Bay coming to an end?
In May, Channel 5 will air these sequences for Home and Away viewers in the UK.
