When he believes Ava is in danger, Justin from Home and Away acts in an extreme manner. In the meantime, Felicity and Tane eventually exchange vows, and Bree informs Remi that she is expecting.
When Justin learns that Ava hopped into a stranger’s automobile, he turns on a frazzled Theo and badgers him for details regarding the car and its driver.
When Justin sees Theo and Kirby conversing on the beach while he is looking for Ava, he is outraged.
Justin places the blame back on Theo because he is too concerned that his daughter has vanished.
Justin is upset when the cops take their time searching for a 16-year-old who freely entered someone’s car after he reported Ava missing.
Theo desperately tries to contact Ava, sending her a note of apology and inquiry as to her well-being.
Ava responds that she’s in danger after misinterpreting the message and using it to her advantage.
He forwards the message to Justin, who discovers his daughter in the back of a stranger’s combi, asleep on a mattress.
In front of Ava, Justin rushes over to the stranger and strikes an unprepared Conor in the face.
When the police show there, a furious Justin pulls a badly injured Conor off of him.
A visibly upset Ava tells Theo that Justin, not her father, was supposed to arrive at the police station as he is being led into an interrogation room.
Leah, meantime, dashes to the police station as soon as she gets back to the Bay.
Justin worries in the interview room that it’s too late for him to stop Ava from being sexually assaulted.
After being sent home, Ava’s remorse overwhelms her, and she admits that Conor did nothing wrong.
When Justin learns that Ava was unharmed, his joy swiftly turns to remorse when he realises that he had attacked an innocent guy.
He is arrested and charged with serious bodily harm before being released on bail and going to confront Ava.
Ava packs her bags in an effort to avoid conflict, but Justin retorts.
The kid acknowledges that she wanted to be prioritised for once and that she felt Justin was never there for her.
Ava apologises after realising Justin might go to jail and the two resolve to get to know one another better.
Ava and Justin have made amends with one another, but Leah hasn’t.
Remi also tells Felicity that Bree spotted another lady leave his house, but he didn’t inform her because he was so wrapped up in his own pride.
Rose advises Bree to notify Remi about her impending abortion as she fights with the decision.
Later, Bree confesses that she is pregnant after Remi tells her that nothing happened with that girl.
Bree admits she doesn’t know whose kid it is as a shell-shocked Remi takes in the news of her pregnancy.
Remi reassures her that she has nothing to be ashamed of, but Bree finds it all too much and leaves as the communication is cut off.
Bree confesses to having an abortion tomorrow when he finds her.
A stoic Remi locates Bree with little encouragement from Eden and informs her that he will be by her side at the appointment.
Felicity and Tane decide to get married the following day since they are tired of waiting for Cash and Eden to come back to them with wedding arrangements.
Since the wedding is a little affair, it is decided to throw a reception at Salt.
Tane calls Cash to ask for assistance with some unique wedding plans after he overheard Felicity practising her vows in te reo Mori.
Kirby and Theo return from their camping trip early to play at the wedding in response to an SOS.
Eden is shocked to discover Cash’s wedding ring, which he purchased for Jasmine, while Felicity is hurriedly attempting to choose a wedding gown.
Later, Cash offers to lead Felicity down the aisle, and she accepts his offer with joy.
Felicity is pleasantly surprised to learn that Tane, who is dressed in a ceremonial Korowai, has planned a traditional Mori wedding complete with a Kaikaranga and traditional poi dancers when she comes for her wedding.
Tane wraps his korowai around Felicity as she says her vows to him in te reo Mori, signifying his love that will envelop and guard her for the rest of their lives.
Bree expresses gratitude to Remi for being by her side during having the abortion.
Remi is then made to perform at the wedding afterparty by Bree.
She kisses him to express her gratitude and acceptance even if he doesn’t want to leave her side.
Remi shows up at the last minute and performs at the reception.
The following morning, Cash feels awfully hungover. His and Eden’s clothing could be seen from the living room all the way to the bedroom.
The fact that Eden is now sporting the wedding band he got Jasmine shocked Cash the most. Did he propose to Eden last night?
John comes from across the Bay to find Dean and Ziggy have left without saying good-bye.
John, who feels unimportant and hurt, directs his irrational rage at Mali.
When Mali enters his office, he discovers John sitting dejectedly in front of the whiteboard, where Dean and Ziggy have penned a farewell message.
Mali brings John coffee and later pizza to try and cheer him up because she knows how hurt he is.
But John pushes him away both times because the grief is still too fresh.
When Mali comes back later to deliver the leftover pizza, John is more receptive and invites him to become a mate.
John apologises for how he behaved; he was angry because he believed he was more important to Dean than a hurriedly drafted message.
