Early next month, Tane Parata and Felicity Newman are scheduled to get married, but a dramatic series of events will ruin their special day.

Together with her maid of honour Eden Fowler, Felicity will be involved in a serious traffic accident, as seen in the brand-new promo video, which can be seen at the top of the page.

A thief affiliated with Tex Wheeler’s biker gang sneakily destroys Felicity’s wedding car the night before the ceremony.

This is aimed at Cash, Felicity’s brother, who shot gang leader Marty last year while acting in self-defense as a police officer.

Cash had volunteered to take Felicity to the ceremony in his car, but on the day of the event, a last-minute change of plans results in Eden doing the honours.

Felicity and Eden are unaware that their car is leaking brake fluid until they are about to collide with wedding guests Leah Patterson and Justin Morgan.

To address a last-minute issue with the wedding cake, Leah and Justin are returning to the Bay.

Tane worries that if his fiancée is late to the ceremony, she won’t show up. He is painfully aware that in the months leading up to their special day, Felicity was battling misgivings.

Tane is terrified and rushes to the site when Felicity’s foster father Gary Morrow informs him that the bride’s absence was due to an accident.

Fans can anticipate plenty of drama as the plot develops since both episodes originally aired in Australia as the 2022 season finale and 2023 season premiere, respectively.
