Spoilers for UK viewers of Home and Away are below.
Felicity Newman from Home and Away can expect a little bit of a personal struggle when her foster father Gary shows around.
Felicity (Jacqui Purvis) had been anticipating her forthcoming wedding to Tane in recent episodes, but Cash, Felicity’s brother, insists that their foster father attend the nuptials.
While Cash is excited to see his foster father Gary again, he is concerned about Felicity’s reaction. But when Gary finally shows there, it becomes obvious that Felicity was unaware of his coming.
When Felicity discovers Gary seated in her living room, everything comes to a head.
Felicity accuses her brother of ambushing her as she turns on Cash. Tane runs into Gary as he exits before things become too heated. Tane is left to care for an obviously upset Felicity as Cash realises his error and departs as well.
Tane urges Felicity to think about forgiving Gary, but she declines. Forcing their foster father into the situation, Cash apologises to his sister.
On the other hand, Gary is sympathetic and believes Felicity will change her mind.
Then it will be revealed that when Felicity was younger, she was a total nightmare for her foster parents. She consequently feels bad about her actions now.
Felicity decides to meet Gary after speaking with Tane and later Cash.
Felicity, however, finds it difficult to breathe as her history threatens to engulf her once Gary leaves.
