When Sophie Dillman, a star of Home and Away, posted two pictures of herself in November sporting a big baby belly, it drove fans into a frenzy. Although the actress isn’t actually expecting a child, her on-screen and off-screen lover Patrick O’Connor’s character Ziggy Astoni is.

Numerous followers were duped by the image, with many remarking on how realistic her pregnancy appeared. Sophie has now revealed how the costume department was able to make the baby bump appear so lifelike.

The actress reveals to Yahoo Lifestyle that the size of her bulge varied according on how far along in her pregnancy Ziggy was.

She had to wear three different bumps, the greatest of which caused some trouble for the star on the shoot.

“It looks like two pairs of tummy-tucker underpants with a belly pillow in the middle. I thus had three different sized belly pillows, which you insert, pull up, and then cover with clothing, she says.

Although Sophie claims that using the false belly has been “pleasant,” she acknowledges that there is one major issue.

“I waddle when wearing the huge one right now. Like it’s true, you can’t tie your shoes up,” she says. “When you’re pregnant, you can’t sit properly, stand up quickly, or do anything else like that.

She says, “It’s extremely odd,” and then starts laughing.

The pregnancy plot has been embraced by her followers, who frequently remark on how attractive the singer appears on social media.

“I adore pregnant Ziggy, and I’ve liked reading about Ziggy and Dean starting a family. You have made me grin and giggle. One admirer gushed, “You look so adorable while pregnant.

Another person commented, “Beautiful, I enjoy watching you two as a pair, [you will] make amazing parents in real life.”

‘Looks wonderful on you,’ said a third.

Sophie made an awkward pregnancy error.
The celebrity had a humorous behind-the-scenes mishap when donning her fake belly, which led to this.

She claimed that because the fake tummy was so realistic, folks thought she was actually pregnant.

Someone who didn’t know I wasn’t pregnant was in the makeup room the other day. He believed it to be true,” she said.

We were discussing movies when I said, “Oh, I sobbed through that movie. Well, obviously you did in your state,” and he turned to face me and added. Hey, this isn’t real, I thought. She chuckled.

The actor said that Patrick is particularly liking the plot and said that the costume department did “a pretty excellent job.”

“I believe Paddy enjoys my pregnancy. He continues telling me that suits me well. And I truly believe that I look amazing while pregnant, she admitted.
