The starlet revealed he lost the weight through diet and exercise in a recent before and after Instagram photo of his body makeover.

But Matt also shared a unique aspect of his workout regimen, saying he abandoned cardio in favour of weightlifting to get his shred.

After beginning his weight loss programme at 90 kg, Matt claimed to have now decreased to 80 kg, where he feels at ease.

He acknowledged his trainer’s assistance and said he lost the weight in a total of eight weeks.

In his post, Matt said, “I did a massive bulk last year that continued through Christmas and it was the first time I had ever weighed 90kgs in my life.”

I’m back to sitting where I prefer to, at 80 kilos.

He continued by expressing gratitude to his trainer and announcing that, on occasion, he would go for a walk to get some cardio.

Harris created my nutrition and exercise schedule, which, yes, did not include cardio. If I wanted to be more active, I would simply take a little stroll occasionally. All you have to do to follow Harris’ diet is to consume the food and go to the gym,’ the speaker claimed.

He continued, “The weight training was tailored to my needs in the training programme.”
