Bobby Brazier, the son of JADE Goody, has carried out one of his late mother’s final wishes after landing a HUGE part on EastEnders.
Later this summer, scenes from the young actor’s debut on the BBC soap are expected to show.
Bobby, 19, will play Freddie Slater, the son of Maureen “Little Mo” Slater, who was last saw in the Walford neighbourhood in 2006.
In tragic scenes, the child and his mother bid farewell to Albert Square as they left to begin a new life.
Now that Bobby’s character Freddie is returning to EastEnders, the producers are expecting “mischief” from him.
It indicates that Bobby has carried out a final wish stated by Bobby’s late mother Jade before she passed away in 2009 at the age of 27.
Jade, an EastEnders fan who passed away from cervical cancer, reportedly advised two of the show’s stars to approach the producers about involving her.
She was overheard expressing she’d “enjoy a part” to previous performers Kara Tointon and James Alexandrou at the V Festival in 2006.
I enjoy EastEnders. Oh, talk to your supervisors, please. She reportedly said at the event, “I’d love a part on the show.
She’s always wanted to be in EastEnders, a source continued to tell The Sun. One of her favourite programmes is it. She’d adore working as a bartender or market vendor.
An official from the show acknowledged that there were “no plans to ask her on,” despite her “flattering” desire.
Jade would be incredibly proud of Bobby, according to Kate Lawler, who competed alongside Jade on Big Brother in 2002.
“I can already picture Bobby in EastEnders. His father had that accent, so I can picture him sounding like him.
Bobby, a model, is the son of 43-year-old TV host Jeff Brazier and Jade, who unfortunately passed away from cancer in 2009.
I’m incredibly happy to be joining the cast of EastEnders; thus far, it’s been fantastic,” he remarked of his new role, which is set to premiere later this year.
“Everyone has been very lovely to me and has made adjusting here more simpler than I could have imagined.
“Entering the acting industry has always been a goal of mine, and being able to do so with EastEnders as a Slater is a blessing for which I’m extremely appreciative.
I’m enjoying Freddie well thus far and am eager to see what Walford has in store for him.
