EastEnders’ James Bye’s warning by co-star as he’s confirmed as 14th Strictly contestant

James Bye, who plays Martin Fowler on the television series Eastenders, has been confirmed as the 14th celebrity contestant for Strictly Come Dancing 2022.

BBC executives have gradually revealed which celebrities will compete in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing over the previous two weeks. They have so far announced people like Matt Goss, Will Mellor, and Kym Marsh, a former Coronation Street cast member. James Bye, an actor from EastEnders, is the 14th celebrity to compete in the dancing contest.

Presenter Richard Arnold of Good Morning Britain delivered the news from Albert Square.

The ITV host welcomed James to the program and spoke with him through video link about his impending appearance on Strictly.

The actor claimed he was thrilled to be participating even if he admitted he had trouble understanding it.

The actor said when asked when Strictly booked him for the show, “It was fairly early days.”

“I’ve been aware of it for a while, despite how challenging it has been to keep it a secret.

“I’m therefore thrilled that it’s finally available.

I apologize if you were one of the people I lied to; I can talk about it and tell folks I lied to them.

But yes, it has been a while, and I have had plenty of time to process everything.

James continued, “It’s actually happening now,” adding that he felt a little “nervous” about participating.

The Martin Fowler actor praised his partner for her support, telling the host: “She encourages me in everything I do.

“We discussed all the options and came to a conclusion jointly. In my opinion, she can join the team.

Since she is a professional, I believe she can teach me more than the dancers.

Many of James’ co-stars, Richard said, have already participated in As she did the year before, Rose Ayling-Ellis won the Glitterball award for Strictly.

Jake Wood and Scott Maslen, two of his friends, also appeared in the BBC programme.

James responded to the question of what counsel or cautions Scott has given him by saying: “He has been really beneficial.

“He is offering me some important advice for when things get challenging and when it truly takes off.

He stressed that enjoying yourself and eating a lot are the most important things to remember.

The newest celebrity to come on for the show is Countryfile host Hamza Yassin.

On Thursday’s The Afternoon Show of BBC Radio Scotland, he was made public.

He beamingly exclaimed, “I am totally over the moon to be joining Strictly 2022.

“I never thought I’d be on such a cool show; not in a million years. I’ve been watching it for years, and I still can’t believe I’ll be there, performing live dance moves in front of British viewers.
