Ben (Max Bowden), who is having trouble accepting the diagnosis, is prodded by Callum (Tony Clay) to be honest with Lexi (Isabella Brown) about her mother’s condition.
Ben is more focused on learning more about Lola’s illness in an effort to identify potential treatments that she could try.
Viewers are aware that Lola’s death will ultimately be the conclusion of this narrative. In order to convey the narrative sympathetically and accurately, EastEnders has been collaborating closely with Brain Tumor Research and Macmillan Cancer Support.
At the Inside Soap Awards, Danielle Harold told Metro.co.uk in an exclusive interview that this plot will impact “the whole family.”
It’s not just me who experiences it; the entire family does, she continued, and that’s what’s really great about this story.
