Fans of Emmerdale observed as Bernice Blackstock confronted the villagers she owed money to.
After her dark secrets were revealed, Samantha Giles’ character Bernice Blackstock on Emmerdale seemed to have a clear ending.

Fans of the ITV series discovered last week that Bernice had taken out a sizable £20,000 loan in the name of her sister, Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler).

The truth was revealed when bailiffs arrived to collect Nicola’s belongings because Bernice had left a note explaining that she had fled the village because she was afraid of being arrested.

But as the show on Monday night revealed, she was hiding in Brook Cottage, which Nicola eventually found.

Regrettably, she has not only put her sister in hot water; Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) was also severely impacted when he learned that she had stopped paying the B&B’s suppliers.

Nicola and Bob confronted Bernice during the episode and insisted that she return the money.

Nicola was not buying it when Bernice claimed she could get a job and pay them all back.

At the conclusion of the show, her sister disclosed that she was forced to report her to the police due to the fraud she had perpetrated.

After a short while, viewers quickly realized that Bernice would most likely be leaving the village permanently while handcuffed.

“BERNICE IS GOING TO PRISON!?!?” inquired @LoveRealityTV4.

“BERNICE IN PRISON WOULD BE GOLDEN,” tweeted @itzzzo_.

In response, @homebrew19721 said, “Go, Nicola, report the cow.”

“Do it, Nicola,” tweeted @DionPetrie.

@F_770_ continues, saying, “Go on, Nicola.”
