Endometriosis-related secret pain was discussed by Sophie Dillman.

The Home and Away actress admitted that her uterine condition has required three operations, medication at times, and even the hiding of hot water bottles in her costumes while filming.

The 26-year-old claims to have “really bad pain days” where she requires a lot of medication and is unable to do much.

She described her “team of specialists,” which consists of a naturopath, a physiotherapist, and a gynecologist.

When Sophie was experiencing the most pain, she says she decided to become an ambassador for Endometriosis Australia.

She said, “I contacted them in a really dark time when I was in a lot of pain most days.”

The 26-year-old tells The Daily Telegraph : ‘I have really bad pain days where I have to take a lot of medication and can’t do a lot. I have to walk around with a hot water bottle in my costume’

A condition known as endometriosis causes the tissue that normally lines the uterus to grow outside of it.

It can affect the intestines, fallopian tubes, or ovaries, and it can lead to pain, infertility, cramping, irregular menstrual cycles, hospitalization, and even surgery.

Despite her health issues, the blonde beauty’s romantic life is moving along at full speed.

According to a source who spoke to the media, “Soph and Paddy (Patrick) really did start as just good friends and things developed from there.” They are very private people who prefer to keep things between themselves.
