Amelia Spencer from Emmerdale will be at the epicenter of a terrible windstorm that rips through the Yorkshire Dales. The actress who portrays the young woman who is pregnant, Daisy Campbell, has now revealed how she prepared for the grueling labor scenes.

The ITV soap opera Emmerdale’s Amelia Spencer, a teenage girl, is about to give birth on her own in the midst of a terrifying storm. When the protagonist is on her way to meet her boyfriend Noah Dingle (Jack Downham), the wind picks up significantly, and she seeks refuge in a barn as her contractions start. Daisy, who plays Amelia, discussed her preparation for the labor scenes on Wednesday’s special Lorraine episode.

Amelia gives birth in an empty barn as part of the 50th anniversary storyline for Emmerdale, and she is unable to get a phone signal to call an ambulance or a loved one.

On a talk show special with an Emmerdale theme, Lorraine Kelly spoke with the 19-year-old actress about the upcoming plot.

When Daisy made her first appearance as Amelia in Emmerdale as a young child, she acknowledged that she did not fully grasp the significance of her role until she was ten years old.

When you’re young, you don’t really think of things like that; for me, it was just a little bit of fun at the time, Daisy continued.

Lorraine was curious to learn about the pregnancy plotline involving her character, which will play a significant role in the soap opera’s 50th anniversary special.

The actress said, “It’s huge, I am so lucky to have this storyline as I have always wanted it for my character.

I feel extremely fortunate to be a part of the 50th anniversary and to actually have it.

Daisy continued by saying that in order to prepare for the labor scenes, she had to research how difficult it was for women to give birth.

I always do my research because it is so important to do it, she told the ITV audience.

I must have clicked on every website to learn about teen pregnancies because it was also a teen pregnancy and I wanted to really focus on the teenagers.

“It really does help, and I believe it significantly improved my performance throughout the plot.

But I must have visited a lot of websites and watched a lot of videos.

Recently, Amelia’s love for Noah was made known to Emmerdale viewers, despite the fact that he is not the baby’s father.

Daisy clarified: “It’s a little perplexing. Samson Dingle (Sam Hall), the father of Noah, is also my boyfriend, making them practically cousins.”

Samson had a one-night stand with Amelia, and after learning of her pregnancy, he advised the 15-year-old to have an abortion.

On the other hand, Noah has been Amelia’s supporter throughout her pregnancy, and the two have since become romantically involved.

Daisy acknowledged how much she has learned while growing up on the Emmerdale set and said she occasionally “smashes out eight scenes a day.”

The actress was unable to say whether or not her character and the child survive the terrifying labor.

She teased that viewers of the ITV soap opera would have to “keep watching” to see the drama develop.

ITV will air the hour-long anniversary special at 7.30 p.m. on Sunday, October 16.
