At a community center in the city, Ziggy first showed up running into the restroom and pleading with Brody to conceal her. It turned out that her father Ben, who had contacted the police and said that Ziggy had stolen a neighbor’s automobile, was the person she was hiding from. Ben had covered for her, so he was angry to find out that Ziggy and her boyfriend Jarrod had actually driven off in the car for fun. Ziggy had been sacked from a job as a waitress for assaulting a customer who she claimed had grabbed her after she had refused to go university after graduating from high school. The family needed to visit Maggie’s mother Diana, Ben and her mother Maggie agreed. Although he failed, Ziggy tried to refuse to go when Ben vowed to reveal what she had done to Mr. Anderson’s car to the hulking man.
When they stopped at Summer Bay, Ziggy ran into Brody once more and informed him of her predicament. They were compelled to stay at the RV park when the car broke down. Ziggy took her sister Coco to Salt and used Kat’s money to pay for their dinner; however, when it turned out that Kat was a police officer, Ziggy was jailed. With a warning, she got away with it. Ben had to stay for a week to fix a water tank he had broken, and Ziggy decided to stay with him in order to avoid Diana lecturing her about how a lady should act.
When Maggie demanded that Ziggy and Coco accompany her and John and Marilyn for a tour of the town, Ziggy was less than pleased, especially after learning that John had just been found guilty of setting a fire. Ziggy took the Salt van to travel to the city after Ben and Maggie opted to stay another week and Jarrod ignored her calls, not realizing Brody was dozing inside. He wouldn’t let her hitchhike or drive her to the city when he awoke, but he did cover for her with Kat and persuade her to return to the Bay. Ziggy acknowledged she could go a little longer without seeing the rest of the family because they wanted to stay for the remainder of the school holidays.
Ziggy demanded to be driven to the city by Brody when Ben and Maggie said they were buying the farm house and relocating to Summer Bay. Jarrod was in bed with another female when she planned to stay with him, so she went back to her parents instead. When Brody tried to tell her about his background during a conversation about a job at Salt, she told him it didn’t matter and gave him a kiss instead. She agreed to avoid Brody after Ben and Maggie informed her that he had a drug problem, despite the fact that she opposed to Coco watching her. She told Brody she couldn’t get past his drug addiction after Mason questioned why she had killed him with a knife. She nevertheless visited the after learning he had been in a vehicle accident, but he sent her away. She made friends with Olivia after unlocking her car for her after she locked the keys inside, and despite Brody’s drug relapse, she started hanging out with him as a buddy.
She made a half-hearted effort to find work before using Ben’s credit card to buy Olivia, Hunter, and VJ lunch. As a result, she ended up at odds with her parents and Coco, who had a crush on VJ. She tried to mature after the experience, putting her resume in front of nearby companies, and obtaining a part-time administrative position at the garage. She quickly irritated Ash by promising to fix the automobile while pointing out that he had forgotten to shift it into drive. Will Zannis, an old customer of Brody’s, then approached her and abducted her. He led her to a motel where she was intimidated into enticing Brody there under danger of being taken prisoner as well. Zannis intended to murder them both with drug overdoses while making it appear as though it was an accident. Kat and Robbo saved them, but the ordeal caused Ziggy to sever ties with Brody once more.
Ziggy Purpose To Brody
Ziggy and Brody Morgan In Realationship
She started experiencing flashbacks and panic attacks, though. She informed Ben and Maggie that her was going to therapy but instead, Brody and she discussed it and kissed before having their relationship consummated in her car. She confided in Irene and Olivia, assisted Olivia in setting up her design website by serving as a model, and carried on an illicit relationship with Brody. Then Justin sprung a surprise on them. Brody advised her to inform Ben and Ziggy that they needed a week to set the groundwork. She kept putting it off, but Ben and Maggie were able to resolve the issue without her, and after a heated argument, Ziggy left the house and spent the night at the Morgans’. She was prepared to travel and leave her house.
Ziggy was unable to be honest when Coco asked the family to express their emotions, so she retreated to her room and read newspaper articles about Maggie being attacked earlier. She went to assist Brody in court when Irene informed her that he was there for thefts he had made while abusing drugs. She recommended they become friends again when he was given a sentence that was suspended, but he thought it would be better if they kept their distance. She was upset with Raffy when she scared Maggie at school and raised Coco’s suspicions. She was compelled to confess by Coco that she was among the kids who had broken into their previous school after hours Maggie’s former lover Pete had hurt her, but she emotionally bullied Coco into keeping quiet.
She increased the pressure when she discovered that Leah was aware that Coco was keeping a secret from their parents and that the secret was that Coco was bulimic. Ziggy left town when Coco told her that keeping quiet about what she’d done had increased her stress level and she wouldn’t do it anymore. She eventually found herself in a metropolitan bar when Curtis, a complete stranger, drugged her drink. When she found her, she refused to go with Olivia, so Curtis led her into an alley and attacked her. Brody saved her, but when he saw that she was in a bad way, Ben punched Brody, which led to Curtis and him both being accused. Finally, Ziggy admitted to her her involvement in the burglary with her parents. She incorrectly laid the responsibility for Ben’s assault on Brody. Ziggy told Olivia about the problem with Maggie and suggested getting her an olive tree because she would need a lot of branches. When they got home, they discovered Mick Jennings there, but Ben kicked him out. By working together to plant the tree, she and Maggie grew closer.
As soon as Diana showed up, she had to deal with giving up her room. Despite Diana frequently interrupting them, she tried to assist Ben in planning a surprise anniversary gift for Maggie. She also fixed Mason’s loose exhaust at the garage and discovered concealed cash in the car. She first wanted to keep it, but when they also discovered a gun, she persuaded Mason to put it back and let the customer, Judy Lawson, have it; however, Justin eventually learned about the money. She was startled when Mick approached her, acting wildly, knocking him to the ground, and rushing to the Diner. When Diana decided to relocate to Summer Bay, she was frightened and pleaded with Coco to stop She was forced to surrender Coco her iPad in exchange for doing Coco’s duties.
She assisted Brody in repairing the oven at the Diner, and as a thank-you, he offered to cook dinner for her family. Mason and Raffy ended up gate-crashing the class. Although the situation was stressful, Maggie approved of it and it persuaded Justin to hire her as an apprentice. Then Jarrod showed up, and Ziggy set up a covert location for him at the motel. She resisted his attempts to kiss her when he persuaded her to “test drive” Willow’s old Triumph with him. When Ziggy found that Hunter was going to propose to Olivia, she threatened to tell him if he didn’t stop the cheating Olivia had admitted to with her boss Axel Boyd Not Olivia. Olivia retaliated by severing their friendship and when Hunter asked her to take part in the proposal video he was planned, Ziggy just told him they’d had a falling out. She didn’t date Jarrod but was dissatisfied with her lack of dating options and let Coco know that Ryder was interested in her. She made an effort to get Olivia to be open with Hunter before he proposed and allowed Jarrod to go with her to the Salt re-opening, but after realizing she loved Brody, she assured him nothing would happen between them. Ben offered his approval for them to be together after she assisted Brody in starting the celebration after Hunter’s unsuccessful proposal.
She discovered Maggie had been brought to the hospital and had a biopsy after spending the night with Brody. She told Hunter about her infidelity when she found out he still desired to wed Olivia. After spending the day at the beach, she and Coco deduced that Maggie had cancer. In order for Ben and Maggie to independently obtain the test results, she hired Ryder and Raffy to take Coco out. She then accompanied Maggie to her first chemotherapy appointment alongside the rest of the family. Brody urged her to move in with him after bringing her and Coco home, but she replied she’d think about it. Ziggy convinced Ben to turn down his rental application because he wanted the two of them to rent the Diner flat together She eventually acknowledged that she wasn’t prepared to live with him. After speaking with Raffy, she and Coco were forced to acknowledge how bad Maggie’s situation was.
After learning Ben was scheduled to appear in court for the assault on Brody, she assisted Brody, Coco, and Maggie in planning a birthday breakfast for Maggie while Ben was away. While Ben was in court, she agreed to hide it from Maggie and accompanied her to a hospital checkup. Before Coco’s first official date with Ryder, she offered dress suggestions and made sure to let the rest of the family know about it. She reconciled with Olivia as well. She assisted Brody in watching Ava for the day but was taken aback when he remarked that she would make a wonderful mother. When she pressed him on it, he admitted he wasn’t actively looking to start a family right now but might in a few years. She then aided Ben in submitting an application for labouring job.
She celebrated her birthday with Brody because she thought her family was planning a surprise celebration. She thought she was mistaken when she got home and discovered the house was empty until she discovered everyone waiting to surprise her in the backyard. Maggie volunteered to get tested as soon as she learned she might be a match for a stem cell transplant and that she was in need of one. She was hospitalized for food illness while receiving injections to stimulate the stem cells, but she was able to recover in time to make the donation. Additionally, she persuaded Coco to attend a camp for kids whose parents had cancer. Ziggy had to drive Ben home after his first day of work because he became intoxicated. She and Brody then fixed him and Maggie a lovely dinner Maggie’s attempt failed.
When Justin departed for lunch and never came back, she was left in charge of the garage by herself. Ebony Harding was given permission to drive her automobile following a service. Ziggy feared she had overlooked something when Ebony allegedly hit a tree after her brakes failed. She handled the clippers when Maggie opted to chop her hair off and Justin and Brody found that Ebony was suing the garage for what appeared to be injuries. Ziggy took the blame for the stem cell transplant failing when Maggie had to go back to the hospital.
While their parents were away, she and Coco enjoyed a girls’ night, but upon their return, she discovered some notes that Maggie had left for them all in case she passed away. When she read Maggie’s, she saw that she was concerned about missing her wedding. She made a banner outside the surf club and asked Brody to marry her with the assistance of Marilyn and Coco. At first, Brody agreed, but when he overheard Maggie questioning if it was because of the letter, he became upset. When the plan was first rejected, he then changed his mind and raised a banner outside the surf club endorsing it. She complied with all of Maggie’s suggestions for the wedding up until Ben persuaded her to add a more personal touch.
While their parents were away, she went on a girls’ night out with Coco, but when they got back, she discovered some letters that Maggie had left for them all in case she passed away. Reading Maggie’s letter, she discovered that she was concerned about missing her wedding. She popped the question to Brody outside the surf club with assistance from Marilyn and Coco using a banner. When Brody overheard Maggie questioning if it was because of the letter, he became upset after first accepting. The engagement was first called off, but he later changed his mind and erected a banner outside the surf club accepting the proposal. Up until Ben persuaded her to add a more personal touch, she complied with everything Maggie suggested for the wedding.
Before she and Olivia walked in on Brody being used as a stripper’s prop at Salt, she attended a low-key hen party with Maggie, Coco, and Olivia. Ziggy did nothing more than record the interaction, but she later admitted to Maggie that she was uneasy. The following morning, a text from Brody allayed her concerns, and she decided to go through with it.
Brody planned a houseboat honeymoon as a surprise for Ziggy, but she didn’t like his plans for a hike and rather to stay on the boat with him, so she took out the fuse, only to drop it overboard. When she learned that Maggie was in the hospital and that Ben had to charter a small boat to bring her home, she assisted Maggie in persuading her to resume her treatment. She was enraged
when Maggie was confronted by Diana about wanting to send her away for a medical trial. She was hesitant to make room for Brody’s belongings when he moved in with them and insisted on displaying a surfing trophy she had earned at a camp instead of his framed review. After Maggie was identified as a donor and was awarded a $5,000 vacation voucher, she made amends with Diana.
She and Brody decided against using it right away because they wouldn’t know for several months whether the stem cell donation had been successful. Before Coco’s first date back with Ryder, she took it upon herself to train her. Through this, she discovered that Coco was thinking of sleeping with him. Dean became her buddy, and she persuaded Willow to communicate.
and dissuading him from using some fraudulent credit cards. Before Maggie got home, she also cleaned the house. When Brett Dwyer’s crew attempted to rob Salt, Dean shielded her and Brody by concealing them in the storage.
She knew she and Brody had to leave her parents’ house, but she wasn’t impressed when he suggested they move into a filthy, run-down apartment in the Morgans’ backyard. She, however, fell in love with it right away after Ben and Brody prettied it up for her. She graciously accepted a painting Maggie had created as a welcoming gift, although thinking it was dreadful. She angered Brody by staying out late and persuading Dean to accept a position at
She was impressed by his vehicle knowledge in the garage. She got drunk with Dean at the garage after Brody postponed a picnic so she could work at Salt. She was taken home by Brody, but she drunkenly referred to him as smothering. The next morning, she vowed not to forget about it, claiming that he expected her to fit into his plans. They acknowledged that they had to make a deal. Ziggy was surprised to learn Brody played the guitar and that his mother, Kate, had taught him, but he was unable to help with the conflicted feelings it produced, and he snapped at her once more after teaching the family how to cook. The family had a meal to celebrate Maggie’s cancer markers being down. Justin revealed to her that Brody saw their parents’
Brody was persuaded by Ziggy to cook and play the guitar as a way of paying tribute to Kate. She and Maggie planned an online marketing campaign for Salt’s healthy menu items, which led to Stephen Brown, a reviewer, arriving just before the stove blew up. While Brody and Maggie prepared the food at the Diner, Ziggy held him up. When Maggie suffered a bruise, she went to the hospital with her family, but she was later given the all-clear.
Ziggy arranged for Leah to include Brody in her vlog after learning that he had been unable to film Coastal Breaks due to Maggie and Raffy’s health issues. With a surprise champagne breakfast, she attempted to cheer Maggie up but instead succeeded in stressing her out.
learn more. Then Coco called her over to deal with Ben and Maggie’s stress-relieving future plans that they had concocted. She and Leah persuaded Brody to record a new video with recipes for epileptics, but Raffy was furious since they revealed her illness. She assisted in removing Raffy’s tantrum video from her account. She gave Justin harsh feedback for telling Willow to avoid Dean. She informed Dean that he got a position at the board shop without first getting Ben’s approval, but Ben eventually consented because she was upset that Dean had left the garage. Ziggy, however, spent all of her time loitering and keeping an eye on Dean after Ben put him in charge of the store for the day only to discover that Ben and Alf shared his viewpoint.
When Brody informed her that she had almost taken up gambling and irritated Maggie by pressuring her to share her cancer story for a vlog promoting a fundraiser, she agreed to stop being difficult to Willow. Ziggy informed Willow she was justified to be angry with Justin when she expressed guilt over misinterpreting his intentions, which caused Justin to become enraged, which in turn caused Ben to get enraged. Brody and Ziggy eventually got into an argument over her being involved, and Ziggy forced Brody sleep on the sofa. When Ben reminded her that she wouldn’t let anyone criticize her family, Brody was already hanging out with Simone, a fellow foodie.
After being imprisoned in the store room together, she was disappointed to see them joyfully experimenting with recipes and sought to match Simone up with Mason to help her forget about Brody. After that failed, she made the decision to approach Simone on her own. She quickly came into conflict, though, when Simone disregarded her advice to move on and it was discovered that she had a phone photo of herself with Brody. When Dean acknowledged that there was a problem, she became even more concerned. Ultimately, though, she came to believe Brody and chose not to oppose to Simone working with him. When Simone departed anyhow and Brody was left with no one to help him at Salt, she felt bad. Brody, however, invited her to the wedding celebration of Colby and Chelsea.

Brody and Ziggy eventually got into an argument over her getting involved, and Ziggy made Brody sleep on the sofa. Brody was spending time with Simone Bedford, a fellow food enthusiast, when Ben remarked that she wouldn’t allow anyone to make fun of her family. Ziggy struggled to believe in Brody as she grew envious of their friendship.

She informed him it had been a year since Ben gave them permission to be together when she returned. Brody didn’t seem eager to mark it, only agreeing to a stroll along the shore before backing off when she suggested going swimming. Simone was still in town, and Brody had given her a job offer, which shocked the woman. Brody pretended to be busy, so Ziggy joined Maggie for the second lap of a charity marathon before passing out from heat exhaustion. She quickly recovered but was annoyed when Brody continued to avoid her until he gave her a surprise dinner.
She gave back by setting up a date night and was happy to hear that Simone had left Salt only to discover that Maggie had hired her as a support teacher. Ziggy was irritated because he thought it gave Simone a reason to remain in town. When Brody questioned her about their future, she said that they should start saving for their own home. She used the money from the honeymoon vouchers as a deposit and helped Tori when she announced she was expecting. She assisted Dean in using one of Ben’s power tools to open a letter box and retrieve a letter he had accidentally posted while asleep. She told Brody that she hoped to have a family in the future.
but later discovered Brody and Simone undressed in her caravan. Ziggy returned home after Brody decided on Simone.
When Brody arrived at the farm, she at first objected to seeing him, but after speaking with Dean, she went to the cottage. But when it became clear that Brody had given up on their marriage and there was nothing she could do to save it, she was left feeling frustrated once more. Despite her tension with Justin, who had kept quiet about the relationship, she was persuaded to return to work. When she saw Simone and Brody enjoying a picnic, she punched Brody and tried to get Maggie to fire Simone, but after Justin allowed her to keep her job at the garage, their relationship began to warm up. Even though she didn’t feel like spending her birthday with her family, she agreed to Dean’s invitation.at his caravan of beer. She tried to woo him, but was humiliated when he turned her down. Willow drove her home, but the following day Dean’s attempt to settle the matter resulted in an altercation. She did, however, come clean to Ben and Maggie and stood up for Dean when Brody criticized him for treating Simone badly, which helped to mend their relationship.
She used Dean completing community service and Willow becoming certified as a personal trainer as a justification to go out clubbing and ended up texting Brody a ton of drunken selfies and texts while she was having a good time, which she later regretted. But she persisted in going out drinking most nights. When she showed up at work drunk, Justin sent her home, and Maggie thought she had written “HOMEWRECKER” on Simone’s office door at the school (although it turned out Bella was responsible). She chose to spend the day with a group of young people staying at the campground against the advice of Ben, Maggie, and Dean. She rejected one of them, Mark, when he made advances toward her, but he would not accept her rejection.
Dean had to take charge. The next morning, she discovered that Dean had been attacked by the youths as payback. She attended to his injuries while profusely apologizing. Dean bought her a junk car to fix up so he could distract her.
She was given another shock when she found out Brody had repeatedly put Salt before her and then asked her to discuss a divorce in order to leave town with Simone. She suggested simply splitting their joint account 50/50 after initially rejecting the idea. She declined Brody’s offer to share in the profits from the sale of Salt, taking all the money instead and giving him the money from the sale of Salt. Maggie informed her about a charity car rally and advised her to participate the following year, but she decided to enter that year’s rally despite having only two days to prepare. She enlisted Dean, Colby, Willow, and Bella to help get the car ready and asked Dean to be her partner. When they returned to the Bay, things became awkward, and Ziggy confided in a stopping Coco before going to see Dean and rekindling their romance despite Bella’s objections. While her parents were away in the city, they spent the night together at her house and continued to have illicit encounters there. She refused to accept Brody’s offer of their wedding album and refused to talk to Ben, Maggie, or Dean about it when he revealed that he and Simone were relocating to Melbourne. Finally, she told Dean that she was disappointed about Brody leaving despite everything and that she was okay with Maggie keeping the album. Ben and Maggie insisted that they all have breakfast together after Dean spent the night with her the following day.
She unintentionally revealed Maggie’s scheme to dupe Ben into meeting Justin for dinner, but she succeeded in getting Ben to accept her gesture of forgiveness. She was shocked to discover a bag full of cash in Dean’s van, and he revealed it was a pay-off from his father, Rick Booth, to prevent anyone from learning Dean was his son. When she discovered that Mackenzie, the proprietor of the new Salt, was Dean’s half-sister, she urged him to get to know her. She volunteered to work at the board shop so Ben could have time to work on a large board order at home while participating in a council meeting to discuss speeding after Justin informed her that she had passed her Tafe course and was now a second-year apprentice the procedure.
Dean told her that Mackenzie was threatening Rick with blackmail because of him, but she was irate that he wouldn’t let her meet his mother Karen. She persuaded Dean to go out to Rick’s launch with her, and they spent time together. But when Rick tried to persuade her to keep Dean away from Mackenzie and let Dean know, she started to distrust him. After a third party used Ben’s boards to transport drugs, he was then taken into custody for drug trafficking. Dean was persuaded to agree to Ziggy’s conditions by Rick’s threat to accuse him of assault.
She made an effort to mediate a settlement between Ben and Maggie as well as Dean and Mackenzie. Ziggy accompanied Willow in taking Bella to the farm and counseling her when she was struggling to deal with her assault. Ben made her a new board in an attempt to inspire her, but she was shocked when he smashed it out of rage when she fell off of it. When she found out that Ben had relocated to the campground as a result of Maggie’s ultimatum, she went to see him but he declined, saying he needed his own space. She persuaded Maggie to call a depression hotline to get advice on how to best support Ben. After learning that Dean’s mother Karen had returned to town, she encountered an awkward situation even though they gradually developed a bond with her. When Dean accused Karen of fabricating a faint, she defended Karen and was perplexed when Karen granted her permission to have her grandchildren before she left town. Dean’s declaration that he would never have children because he was afraid they would inherit Karen’s schizoaffective disorder startled her. Ziggy assured him that she would support him no matter what.
Ben refused to give free lessons because he saw it as charity, despite Ziggy’s best efforts to cheer him up and assist Dean in opening his surf school. Maggie immediately gave him an ultimatum, which worried her, but Ben agreed to see a doctor, and Ziggy and Maggie went with him to the hospital. Without telling Dean, she reserved a number of surf lessons for him, which made him irate at her. When she later cancelled his shifts at Salt so he would have free time, it didn’t help the situation. When Ben’s charges were dropped, she joined the rest of the family in celebrating and assisted in setting up the board shop when it reopened. Ziggy was concerned when Dean added Jade Lennox as a new student about how sexy she was and requested Dean drop her. Dean concurred, and Ziggy was happy that he listened to her concerns.
She received a response from a job she had applied for with a race track pit crew months earlier, offering her a trial. Dean responded when she spoke to him that it was her decision, so she left. Kurt, the pit boss, was critical of her, but driver Alana Bentley, who later revealed to be Kurt’s wife, gave her encouragement. She was horrified when Dean arrived unannounced, though. When he decided to leave after she quickly changed her mind and asked him to wait until lunch, she called Ben to ask him to keep an eye on him. She received the news that she had not been hired soon after her return. She pretended to be pleased with the outcome when she realized Dean hadn’t wanted her to go.
She did, however, automatically accept the position when it was offered to her after the other applicant withdrew, which she kept from Dean. He wasn’t there when he was supposed to be and was dismissive when she called, so she had planned to tell him over a special meal. She went to the campground to tell him she was leaving town the following day but discovered he already knew. She left town after he ended their relationship.
Ziggy attempted to call Dean after Ben and Maggie had visited, but Carla answered the phone, so she left to attend a party. She invited Joe, a different mechanic, back to her motel room where they shared a kiss. However, she quickly regretted it. When she informed Dean of what had transpired, he became angry and she quit her job and returned to Summer Bay. She joined Willow in the waiting area outside after hearing about the hostage situation at the hospital and the fact that Dean was there.

She suggested Bella tell Colby about her decision to leave school and enroll in TAFE. Colby was initially offended by this, but he soon warmed up. Ben’s birthday party was Maggie’s idea, but Ziggy wasn’t sure he’d be able to handle it. She recommended that Ben and Maggie stay in an Airbnb instead, but Ben ultimately decided to host the event. Being aware that her uncle Marco had barely spoken to the family since reporting Ben for assault, she was surprised to see him in town. Ziggy persuaded Ben to invite Marco to the party, where she was happy to see them get along. Marco took her and Dean to Salt and gave her his number. Though she then discovered Maggie had slept with Marco close to the time of Maggie’s conception and became concerned that he was her father. She began relocating with Dean full-time after Ben and Marco both consented to a DNA test. She was afraid to look at the test results when they came, but they finally proved Ben was her father.
She continued to ignore Maggie’s calls, and when Dean attempted to persuade her otherwise, she ultimately decided to leave. Ben encouraged her to reconcile with Dean and Maggie after she spent the night in a motel. After Ben overdosed unintentionally, she went to see him in the hospital and started to feel sorry for Maggie after observing how unkind Ben was to her. She found out Ben and Maggie were divorcing not long after completing her TAFE assessment and becoming qualified as a mechanic. She started spending time with Maggie after noticing how lonely she was in the house by herself and made the decision to return. Maggie persuaded her to stay with Dean long-term after realizing she was content there. Ziggy objected to Dean’s suggestion that they travel to a surfing competition because was overly busy. When Dean immediately contacted Justin to try and set up the time off, she became enraged.
When Nikau instructed her to keep Ben away from his mother Gemma and later discovered Gemma in Ben’s room, she was shocked. Ziggy decided not to tell Maggie because Ben insisted nothing had happened. She was surprised when Maggie later decided to move to Italy and informed Ben, but she accompanied Maggie reluctantly as she said goodbye to everyone and was only wary when Ben persuaded Maggie to stay another night. When Dean picked her up, she was shocked to remember that she had forgotten their anniversary and had gotten a tattoo as a symbol of her dedication. She resisted returning home when Maggie texted her to do so out of fear of what she might learn, but when she did, she discovered that Ben and Maggie were back in a group.
When she, Dean, and Justin took Ben and Maggie out, they had trouble returning to their normal selves and instead chose to emigrate to Italy. When they booked a quick flight, Ziggy refused to travel with them instead helping them pack. She and Dean had the option of moving into the farm house, but they declined. She was at odds with Dean after Maggie gave her her old wedding album and promised her she would be single after her parents moved out. She went to Ben and Maggie’s farewell lunch, removed the photos she wanted, and gave the album to Justin before telling Dean she was going to file for divorce.
When Amber Simmons, who had once had a relationship with Dean, arrived, she felt uneasy. She joined Willow, Amber, and Mackenzie at the club, where Amber accidentally punched her for getting in the way of Mackenzie. When she obtained her divorce decree, she suggested Dean and her watch some surfing competitions. She was forced to the outside when Bella’s father Ross’s body was discovered in a shallow grave. Ziggy agreed for Dean to see him after Dean revealed that he had learned Amber was the mother of his son, Jai. She chose to leave for the farm, though, in order to give the three of them some space because she didn’t feel comfortable with them being together. Dean and she went to Salt for dinner, but she refused to accompany him home.
Dean succeeded in her challenge to think of a hundred justifications for her to return home, but when she showed up with her bags, he informed her that he no longer desired her presence. She was shocked to learn the cause when Dean, who had seen Colby kill Ross, admitted that he had assisted in covering up the body. Ziggy asked him to leave. Despite Willow arguing Dean’s cause, Ziggy ended their relationship.
She gained a housemate in the form of Mackenzie and was left in charge of the garage while Justin underwent treatment for a spinal carcinoma. She was now formally residing at the farm house permanently. When Jai was admitted to the hospital with an ear infection while she was checking on Dean, she was drawn into the drama. When she learned that Justin would be out of the office for five weeks while recovering from surgery, she persuaded him to let her hire Tane as an assistant. When Tane was discovered at the garage concealing a van full of stolen goods, she quickly regretted her actions. She allowed him to keep it there when the intended recipient was detained, then let him keep it at the farm when Justin arrived.discovered that Justin would be gone for longer than anticipated and unexpectedly showed up. Tane left for the city to resolve a problem, but when she didn’t hear from him and discovered that Dean had also vanished, Ziggy was forced to turn to Willow for assistance. Together, they took the van to her contacts with the River Boys. Tane was in the hospital when she came back; he now owed $25,000 because drugs were found in the van without his knowledge.
Ziggy allowed Bella and Nikau to stay with her and Mackenzie after Colby was taken into custody and then went to try to talk Dean out of turning himself in. She unintentionally gave him the impression that they might reconcile, but she later assured him that there was no chance of that happening. When she blatantly admitted to Mackenzie that Colby was guilty and Dean had covered it up, Colby immediately accused her of calling the police, necessitating Dean’s intervention. Tane suggested she let Justin know she was having trouble at the garage, but she felt unable to do so because he was undergoing additional surgery. Dean then showed up at her home intoxicated and begged her to take him home. When she refused to talk about it, Dean started his car and left. She looked Tane looked for him and discovered him unconscious behind the wheel. Tane assisted her in saying goodbye to Dean after he showed up at the garage and tried to talk to her. When the police discovered the address of the garage on the phone of the man who was supposed to pick up the van, she was compelled to tell Justin about the van. Even though she told Dean that their relationship was over, she slept with Tane and then snuck out of the house before he woke up the next morning.
She told Tane nothing could happen between them after Justin returned to work and reduced her to doing menial tasks, but was perplexed when he kissed her and left. She then had a dream about him. She invited him over after failing to avoid joining him at the gym, slept with him in the living room, and later discovered that Mackenzie had witnessed their encounter. Prior to telling Dean what was happening, she kept having private encounters with Tane. While Willow gave her the side-eye, Dean accepted it but told her they were no longer friends. Ryder, Bella, Nikau, and Chloe were being held captive by Tane and Ari, and she was left out of the loop. She told Tane nothing could happen between them because she was annoyed when Justin went back to work and reduced her to doing menial tasks. However, when Tane kissed her and then left, she was confused. Then, she began to dream about him. She invited him over and then slept with him in the living room after failing to talk him out of going to the gym with her. Later, she found out that Mackenzie had witnessed their encounter. Before telling Dean what was happening, she continued to see Tane covertly. Willow also gave her the cold shoulder, while Dean accepted it but told her they were no longer friends. When Ari, Tane, Ryder, Bella, Nikau, and Chloe were being held captive, she was not informed of their plans.
She was Mackenzie’s confidante when she discovered she was pregnant shortly after Ari broke up with her and insisted Dean support her when he learned she intended to have an abortion. She cared for Mackenzie when it was discovered that she had an ectopic pregnancy, which led to the rupture of her tube, and tried to convince her to slow down when she was released and suffering from an infection. Before admitting she wasn’t looking forward to returning home to Mack, she helped Tane put together his resume and bought him and Ari a motorcycle to restore together. She eventually used enough blunt language to persuade Mackenzie to come back to work. Tane questioned why she was the female champion when Dean was at the surf carnival.

She was upset with Tane for being silent about Nikau cheating on Bella after learning of it. She patched things up with Justin and started to understand Tane’s choice, but she also stood up for Bella when Nikau was harassing her and threatened to file for a restraining order if he didn’t stop. When she found herself planning to accompany Dean to Bella’s exhibition, she confessed to Justin that she was wondering if she had been too hasty in ending their relationship. She and Dean shared a kiss while leaving the exhibition, but she was unable to make a commitment to him. She confided in Mackenzie and confessed to Tane, who asked for some space as a result. She told him that everything was over.Dean, but was shocked to discover Dean hospitalized following a car accident. She told Tane she was leaving for work, but she stayed by Dean’s bedside instead. He broke up with her and left after Tane learned the truth.
She kept seeing Dean, telling him about their breakup and how much she loved and forgiven him. Tane, seeing it, was furious as she saw them kiss. She called his doctor, Logan Bennett, for assistance after seeing Dean refuse to do his physiotherapy. Then, she intervened to arrange Mackenzie and Logan’s meeting by texting Logan. Due to the stairs, Dean was unable to be released back to his apartment, so Ziggy suggested he move in with her. She responded that Tane, like Amber, had realized they wanted to be with each other when he asked if they would be together if Tane hadn’t dumped her. She had trouble caring for Dean, so he asked her to leave so he could get help He had enough time to heal himself.
When Mackenzie called her back, she discovered Dean was unaware of the situation. She insisted on relocating in order to assist him with his rehabilitation, though. He then asked if they would have moved in together if it weren’t for his accident, and she had to admit that it had sped up the process but asked him to stay permanently. Although they bonded while coloring together, she was surprised by how quickly it happened and by Jai’s resentment of her presence. She had encouraged him to have Jai stay. Although she offered to teach Dean to surf, her first two students seemed more interested in posing for pictures with Nikau. They were taken out in the surf by Ziggy, which led to one falling and needing rescue after hitting her head. Since Ziggy had attempted to conceal the incident from Dean, she was relieved when he fired her.
She admitted to Mackenzie that she and Dean hadn’t had sex since reuniting because of his injury. She ended up spending the night at the hospital with Dean while he was waiting for a skin graft procedure after realizing he shared her concern. She also helped him learn to drive again, but she failed in her attempt to convince him to try water surfing because he was unwilling to take a chance. Theo, her new assistant, initially caused her frustration when he purposefully overcharged a customer for a part and offered to split the money with her, but he quickly learned from her. She was alarmed when Dean started selling all of his boards, and when she found out Justin had purchased one for Theo, she defeated Theo in a tyre-changing contest challenge to regain it Dean was upset that she had done this behind his back, so she eventually apologized and gave the board back. She initially felt like everyone else was moving on with their lives except for her after learning that Brody and Simone had given birth to a son, but this feeling soon changed when she saw Dean surfing once more.
